sensory gymnastics through a variety of our samplers at the Singapore
Food Festival 2008.
Singaporean cuisine serves as a key to our multi-ethnic culture,
and has continuously delighted the taste buds of so many people
in Singapore and around the world. Nowhere is this more evident
than with the chilli crab dish that has become synonymous with Singapore.
The Singapore Food Festival 2008 – a Uniquely Singapore event
– takes all those good feelings and memories, and pours it
all into a single month of culinary celebrations in July. Featuring
an exciting line-up of weekly core events, culinary workshops and
competitions, this month-long food festival re-connects us with
our heritage and embraces our multi-cultural cuisines. So let’s
